Meet Our Founder
Nathan Rohm brings over a decade of experience in software engineering and team leadership to CollectiveSaaS. His journey through various startups and enterprises revealed a consistent pattern: teams struggling with disconnected tools and inefficient workflows.
"I've been part of teams using 10+ different tools just to get basic work done," Nathan reflects. "The constant context switching, lost information, and collaboration friction were killing productivity. I knew there had to be a better way—a single platform that could adapt to how teams actually work."
Nathan's background in distributed systems and AI, combined with his firsthand experience of organizational challenges, led to the creation of CollectiveSaaS. His vision was clear: build a platform that feels like it was custom-made for each team, while maintaining the simplicity that makes adoption effortless.
