By submitting Your Content, you grant CollectiveSaaS a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store,
and process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that:

3. Prohibited Activities

AI Feature Misuse
- Use AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations
- Represent AI-generated content as solely human-authored where disclosure is required
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit AI features to produce harmful or prohibited content
- Circumvent AI credit limits or usage restrictions through automated or deceptive means
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
- Providing your own equipment and internet access to use the Service
- Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Promptly reporting any unauthorized use or security concerns to our support team
5. Organization Responsibilities
Organization administrators are responsible for managing their members' access and ensuring compliance
with this AUP within their organization. This includes:
- Managing member roles and permissions appropriately
- Ensuring invited members are made aware of this AUP
- Promptly removing access for members who violate this policy
- Reporting violations to CollectiveSaaS support when necessary
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content provided by CollectiveSaaS,
is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify,
distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without explicit written permission.
You must not use any third-party content available through the Service in a manner that infringes
upon the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Copyright Infringement Claims
CollectiveSaaS respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content
available through the Service infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal notice
containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing and its location within the Service
- Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature

8. Monitoring and Enforcement
CollectiveSaaS reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor use of the Service
for compliance with this AUP. We may review, edit, or remove any content that violates this
policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities
in prosecuting users who are involved in criminal activity.
9. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Warning notification
- Temporary suspension of your account or access
- Permanent termination of your account
- Removal of offending content
- Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities
CollectiveSaaS reserves the right to take any of these actions without prior notice when
we determine, in our sole discretion, that a violation has occurred or that immediate action
is necessary to protect the Service or its users.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CollectiveSaaS makes no
warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
CollectiveSaaS is not responsible for user-generated content and does not endorse any
opinions, recommendations, or advice expressed by users through the Service.
